Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the pyjamas are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
